Contribute to the Festival!
This is an event planned and run by our PTA community and we need your help for its success.
Can you loan us items for the event? We are in need of snow sleds, tables, construction lights and more.
Raffle and Silent Auction donation: do you have gift cards, sports or event tickets, or other fun items you would like to donate?
Cake and pastry donation: we are seeking donations for the Musical Treats fundraiser. Please see important information section below for donation specifications.

Weather Reminder
Please dress warmly, as many activities are outdoors. Check the weather report and plan accordingly.
Event Entry
The main entrance will be near the front office on 227th Street. You may also enter through the cafeteria from the front of the school.
Sled Run
​
The sled run is a snow-sledding opportunity right on our campus! It is available to children who are in grades TK-5th (limited for safety reasons). We prefer that children be able to ride down the sled run on their own (tandem riders only for special circumstances).
Tickets: Free sled run timed tickets can be reserved in advance online beginning 1/16 at 12pm, or in person at the Winter Festival. Each child should only get one time slot, as we would like to accommodate our full student community. If tickets are unavailable online, please try another time slot or just show up and get a ticket in person at the Winterfest. Time slots are every half hour, and your child may show up any time during that period. Each child will get three rides down the sled run. We will also have a standby line for those unable to get an online or in-person ticket. NOTE: ONLINE RESERVATIONS ARE SOLD OUT NOW BUT YOU CAN STILL GET TICKETS FOR A TIME SLOT AT THE EVENT. Carnival Games
Free carnival games will be available. Each child can receive 10 tickets to play for a chance to win prizes. Pick up tickets at the event from the sled run and games ticket table. See map below.
Raffle and Musical Treat Tickets, Food Trucks and Vendor Items
In addition to our free activities, there will be some items that require additional payment to take part in. Cash is accepted in all areas and electronic payment may be accepted for some.
Musical Treats donations
Help us raise money for PTA by donating store-bought treats or baked goods* to be used as grand prizes in a game similar to musical chairs. * For food and allergy safety, items must be sealed and have a manufacturer's label with ingredients on it. No homemade goods. We suggest a value of $5 or more. Bring a donation to the festival and receive one free game ticket! Volunteers
Adult and student volunteers should check in at Room 31 (PTA Room) at least 15-20 minutes prior to the start of their shifts. We will provide you with a lanyard to indicate your volunteer status. A volunteer coordinator will direct you to your designated area.
