Since we’ll be fresh off our break, Hickory Heroes Week (April 6–10) is the perfect way to kick off the new month. We’re inviting all students to participate in our daily spirit days as we honor our community heroes and celebrate the hero in every student!

The Hickory PTA is hosting a Family Game Night & Association Meeting, and you’re invited to an evening of friendly competition, community, and snacks.

Get ready to ride! The Hickory PTA is hosting a Bike Rodeo to help our students test their bicycle skills and safety knowledge in a fun, friendly competition.
Event Details:
• Date: Wednesday, March 18, 2026
• Time: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
• Who: 3rd, 4th, and 5th Graders only
• What: Participants will navigate 6 bike-riding skill stations and complete a short bike safety knowledge quiz. Top riders will advance to compete at the District Bike Rodeo on Saturday, April 25th!
How to Participate (Important!):
• Permission Slip Required: Students must turn in a signed permission slip by Tuesday, March 17th. You can pick one up in the front office today.
• Bring Your Gear: Please remember to bring your bike and helmet to school on the day of the event to participate.
