5:30 - 6:30 pm: Family Reflections & Art Night
Stay for our Family Reflections & Art Night to learn about the free art contest and take part in a community art project inspired by the contest theme: "I Belong!".
Hickory PTA Reflections is an art contest that lets kids express themselves in a variety of art forms. Students can enter an original piece of literature, dance choreography, music, film, photography, or visual arts. This year's theme "I Belong" must be reflected in the art. Entries should be submitted via the online entry form.Â
To find out more and pick up a copy of the rules, come to Family Reflections and Art Night on Thursday, Sept 25th at 5:30-6:30pm. You will get a chance to speak to past winners and create original artwork. The Reflections Co-Chairs Sunny Joo and Nicole Carlson will also be on hand to answer any questions.
Everyone will also get to take part in a special art project that shows how we all belong in the Hickory community.
